The key responsibility of the General Manager is to manage the team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the team is working collaboratively and towards the company’s milestones.

Manage staff and operations to ensure milestones are achieved in a collaborative environment

Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values

Uphold standards of excellence and drive professional operations
Responsibilities
-
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time
-
Assign weekly performance goals and assure their completion
-
Development of processes for efficient operations and data collection
-
Oversee day-to-day operations and solution finding for problems that arise
-
Support team members to understand priorities and work collaboratively
-
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
-
Support in building the team when needed
-
Site visits to identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with site staff
-
Support in achieving a high level of customer service
-
Support with TapEffect’s operations and systems, including working with the community, connecting with site staff, cash management, discussions with district leaders.
-
Working with the finance team to ensure that tax filings are on time and accounting entries are kept up to date (QuickBooks).
-
Support inventory management at TapEffect sites – to ensure accurate inventory management, control and procurement.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in business management or related field

Khmer and English language proficiency
